Choose from a variety of popular 64-bit Linux® Distributions Ubuntu, Debian, Gentoo, CentOS, Fedora, Arch and Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Windows® Images Windows Server 2008. You can also add SQL Server 2008 R2 database to your Windows image.

After I purchase a VM, how long will it be before my account is activated?
Once you purchase a Virtual Server plan, your account is activated within minutes. Sometimes, depending on individual cases, it might differ if our system detects possibility of a fraud or scam. In such cases, it might take longer because we will investigate the matter for additional verification purposes. For example, if the IP address does not match the billing location, phone number does not match the IP location or there are issues with the billing address.
Which payment modes are accepted by Weatherly Cloud?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Cash transfers are not accepted.

Using the free demo does not require a credit card.
How do I cancel an order and ask for money back from Weatherly Cloud?
We do not offer refunds. Virtual machines are billed on an hourly basis and you will be billed for the hours used. All other services are based on monthly usage and once ordered are non-refundable. No exceptions or exemptions.
Can my plan be upgraded or downgraded from the existing subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade / scale up / scale down your plan i.e., RAM / Processor any time.
Can I purchase additional IPs?
Yes, We include one IPv4 address and you can open a support ticket and provide technical justification for additional IPs. Additional public IP addresses can be purchased for $3.60/month each.
Do you support reverse IP?

How will I be billed for automatic backup?
Automatic if the selected plan is 25% of the VM price.
What are Cloud Servers?
Cloud servers help you to provision server resources like CPU, RAM, Hard drives and Software within minutes. Our cloud is billed on hourly basis and is fully customizable with many Linux and Windows distributions. It gives you capability to run most applications as you would in your office or data center.
How am I billed?
Cloud is a utility based model and it is available 24 X 7 X 365. You may use it for hours or days and pay for usage just like you would for any utility.
Do you charge for Bandwidth?
Yes it is free on private IPs within the same virtual data center. However, there is an additional charge for traffic on the public network.
If my server is in active state but I am not using it, will I still have to pay for it?
Yes, the only way to stop incurring further charges would be to erase the cloud server. You can take a snapshot of the server using our cloud storage service before erasing the cloud server to restore the server by creating a new cloud server and using the stored data.
How am I being charged?
You are charged on hourly basis but monthly charges are shown to estimate your monthly usage in case you want to use the cloud server continuously for a month.
Do you offer backups and does Weatherly Cloud back up my Cloud Server?
Backup service can be enabled through cloud portal for any specific VM or all VMs. Even without the backup service you are protected against a hard drive failure on the hosts, as all use RAID mirroring However, this is not to be treated as a substitute for proper backups.
Can the RAM be upgraded?

What is prohibited on Weatherly Cloud?
Anything that`s illegal and interferes with other Customers, Services and our Network is prohibited. Please see our Terms of Service under legal.
What is your SLA?
We provide 99.9% uptime and lost time is refunded back to your account at the hourly rate incurred.
Do you host DNS?
Our DNS manager is free for our customers. However you can also outsource this service to another provider.
Why Weatherly Cloud?
We give our customers more options than most providers at a very low price point. Users have a choice between SSD and SAS based cloud and we provide Opensource and Windows distributions. We have zero debt and all our software was developed in house to offer a true low cost commodity cloud.
How does the billing work?
Each VM is billed per hour until the user utilizes its monthly cap.
Will I be billed if I`m not using the VM?
Yes, all VMs either in running or stop-state will be billed due to resource engagement. Destroyed VMs will not be billed. We recommend users to take snapshots and destroy the VM if it is not in use. For this, you will be charged for the snapshot only, therefore costing less than the VM charges.
How am I being billed as I create more servers?
You are billed on hourly basis for each server. The billing for the VM stops only when it is destroyed.
What kind of Virtualization do you use?
We use KVM on public cloud.
Where are your datacenters located?
We manage a Global Node, in our company-owned data center located in Asia for one of the largest blue-chip telecommunication company in the world. Our Public Cloud is hosted in a Data Center in the state of Texas. We have multiple uplink providers in both of our locations.
